The Video Cellar's Archives

"My Man Godfrey" (1936)
The Video Cellar's collection contains over 1000 items.

Our films have been used by DVD labels, TV channels and film festivals all over the world. In the past few years our prints have been shown on the US TV show "Saturday Night At The Movies" and at film festivals in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. A retrospective of our extremely rare early Sherlock Holmes films was shown at the Australian Sherlock Holmes society's annual film festival in 2011.

Our restored "A Study In Scarlet" (1933)
We are always interested in helping festivals, film societies, fan clubs, collectors and scholars find the best quality versions of the rare films they are looking for.

We have created high quality digital video masters of many of the films in the collection. From Hollywood classics to Poverty Row programmers and Drive-In era B-Movies we pride ourselves on making the best possible prints available.
